Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for providing excellent service to our internal and external guestsWorks closely with VP of Asian Marketing DepartmentProvides superior guest service, positively affects interactions with guests and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions.
Provides complimentary to players for free play, food and beverage based on company policyReviews and monitors all current marketing promotions through guest interactionLocate and cultivate guests and players with VIP potential, increase share of wallet and loyalty to the companyImplements marketing promotions with direction from the Director of MarketingCreate networking at restaurant, business meetings, and misers to build and cultivate a new demographic for Slots and Table GamesAssist marketing department in casino promotions and with the implementation or recognition programs for premium playersMust be able to work flexible schedule as required by business operations, including nights, weekends, and holidaysCommunicate and coordinate with the internal Marketing staff to understand business/marketing objectives and ensure deadlines are metAdheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfactionAssists with Writing rules and regulations for promotions and special events as assignedDisseminates information on upcoming events to all impacted departmentsHandles guest problems and complaints ensuring maximum guest satisfactionMaintains department stock inventory records replenishing promotional stock as necessaryCoordinates with other departments as necessary to ensure successful eventsSupports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutionsSupports and actively promotes superior guest service in accordance with department and company standards.

Regular scheduled attendance required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEOne (1) to three (3) years as a casino host preferred.
College degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust be able to obtain and maintain registration as a gaming employee with the Nevada Gaming Control Board.
LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to effectively communicate in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
