We are looking to fill our front office check in desk at two of our track locations.

Summary:
Responsible for carrying out the daily front office duties, including but not limited to:
checking customers in, answering phones, handling sales & cash, customers complaints all the way to greeting customers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Handle customer snowmobile/tubing in person sales Responsible for reservation email accounts Presentation/Cleanliness of office Working closely with Snowmobile & Tubing track supervisors Assist with relieving track staff for breaks Assisting in any back office duties Have a knack for keeping the calm and camaraderie between the office and track/tubing hill employees as well as disgruntled customers.
Dealing with customer complaints and escalating to upper management when needed This position may also entail days at our Sport Fishing Office where we receive many snowmobile reservations.
Required Knowledge and Abilities:
Ability to use Microsoft Office programs efficiently Capacity to work as a team member or alone to achieve expected results Ability to handle a variety of responsibilities and duties working in the office Education and
Experience:
Previous office experience a plus, but not required High school diploma or higher We have 3 office locations:
Ski Run Marina, Stateline Snowmobiling/Tubing Track (next to Tahoe Blue Event Center/Bally's Casino) & Lake Tahoe Golf Course Snowmobile/Tubing Track between Meyers and the Y.

00 per hour Schedule:
8 hour shift Holidays Monday to Friday On call Weekends as needed Weekends only Supplemental pay types:
