A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER You will have housekeeping managers and supervisors to support the daily housekeeping that that will report directly to you.
They will personally supervise the work activities of the Guest Room Attendants and Hotel Housemen to ensure clean, orderly, and pristine rooms.
Your team will be responsible for a critical part of each guests experience and the areas they stay and visit throughout the hotel.
Along with your QA Inspector(s) you will ensure quality is maintained in guest rooms, common areas, including grounds and exterior common areas, for cleanliness.
Oversees production capacity requirements are always maintained within budget of Cost per Occupied Room The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership, communication and team building skills with all associates, peers and across departments.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HOUSEKEEPING SUPERVISOR Previous work experience as an Assistant or Executive Housekeeping Manager or similar role Working knowledge of computers Possess a good command of the English language (bi-lingual is a plus) and ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests Thorough knowledge of hotel services, positive track record of quality housekeeping management excellence Job Duties:
