ESSENTIAL DUTIEIS AND RESPONSIBILITIESStock, set-up and maintain the box office areaAnswer all questions and provide detailed and accurate informationPerform ticket sales for all entertainment, including assisting guests with modifications, or cancellation requestsVerbally communicates information to guests regarding the property's facilities whenever possibleResolve guest complaints within the scope of authority and informs management of any unresolved issueProvides great service at all timesBalances cash and ticket transactionsAssists with seating guests during show nightsPerforms other related duties as requiredSalary:
