Security - Dispatch
Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1Receives calls and requests for security assistance2Transmits information via radio to Security Officers on duty to investigate complaints or requests; relays instructions or questions from Team Members on duty3Monitors the location of security personnel on duty4Monitor fire (EAS) alarm systemDispatch Security Officers to calls for service5Generates reports of suspect or unlawful activity or other incidents occurring on property6Provide assistance and information to Guests and Team Members7Performs other related duties as assigned by the Security Shift Supervisor8Must possess multi-tasking skills and have the ability to work in isolation9Must be able to work well under pressure10Prepares and submits reports as required SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform security tasks exceptionally wellThe requirements listed below are representative of the working knowledge and specific skills requiredAll Dispatchers must be knowledgeable to all company policies, guidelines and procedures, including fire safety regulations and evacuation proceduresThis individual must remain calm under stressEDUCATION and/or
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required plus twelve or more months of relevant security experience or related equivalentCERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Must possess and be able to maintain the applicable regional Gaming card and a valid driver's licenseLANGUAGE SKILLS Must be able to effectively communicate in English both verbally and in written formMust be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondenceMust possess keen observations skills and be able to respond to potential problems quickly and efficientlyMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimalsCOMPUTER SKILLS:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other related computer applications and skills.
