Host Person - Food Cafe Del Soul (Full Time)
Description 1Greet and seat guests at table according to guest preference, table availability, and within proper rotation guidelines2Ensure business flow and distribution of customers to server by following the direction of management, fair and consistent seating rotation of tables, and communication with staff of business volume changes3Provide guests with menus, inform guests of restaurant specials, and feature items4Coordinate with food servers, bus persons, and other restaurant personnel in providing guest service5Operate electronic cash register system to accurately and immediately account for payment transactions and transports monies to and from the main credit cage6Keeps cash register and host area stocked with necessary equipment, forms, and supplies7Perform all job functions in conjunction with the guidelines described in the Standard Operating Procedures manual to ensure consistent execution of company and department standard8Maintains regular attendance for scheduled work9Answer phone calls and take to-go orders10Must follow the Thoughtful Service Model at all times11Perform other duties as assigned.
