JOB SUMMARY:
Toprovide the finest in food, beverage, personal services and amenities to guestsin the High Limit Lounge. This point position deals directly with our mostvalued players and facilitates all food and beverage service to these VIPguests.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Greetsall High Limit Lounge guests and makes them feel welcome by seeing to theirneeds.
Explainsfacilities, services and food and beverage available for their comfort andpleasure.
Performsthe duties of a Bartender and serves beverages within the Lounge.
Obtainsfood from prescribed locations and serves guests according to establishedprocedures.
Observesguests to fulfill any additional requests and clears table when meal isfinished.
Completesassigned side work as directed.
Setsup the High Limit Lounge with linens, china, etc., following establishedprocedures.
Breaksthe Lounge down after the day's requirements, putting away service accessories.
Investigatesguest complaints and reports on findings.
Submitsweekly schedule of team members for Beverage Supervisor/ Director of Beveragereview.
EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Fiveyears of food and beverage preparation and/or service
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluentand literate in English
Mustbe 21 years of age.
Aboveaverage communication and personal interaction skills
Mustbe able to work a flexible schedule
Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business
Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
Adheresto all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Mobility to constantly move about the property
Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 40lbs.
Ability to stand/walk up to eight hours
Abilityto handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Visual range must include near and far distances
Auditory range must include immediate environment
Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs
Ability to move and carry large, heavy objectsweighing upto 90 pounds (keg weight).
Abilityto use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping
Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
