VIP Host Person - Opal & Blu

In addition to hourly compensation, this position is paid commission at the discretion of the company, and is subject to be changed, modified, or terminated at any time.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides information on all aspects of the nightlife venues including menus, pricing, and nightly specials.
Recognize and cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
Performs nightlife venue, promotional event, and promotional marketing set up.
Provides excellent customer service and assists clients with their reservations.
Meet and greet walkup and VIP guests; escorts and seats VIP's into the nightlife venue.
Reports any incidents, thefts, violations of company policies to Management.
Work effectively with other team members, vendors, and guests. Promote positive employee and guest relations by adhering to the Thoughtful Service Model.
Meets or exceeds targeted sales goals provided by leadership.
Regular attendance required.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must register and maintain registration as a gaming employee in the State of Nevada.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be able to use point of sale system.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
