VIP Coordinator-Full Time-Shift Varies-Lake Tahoe

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs a wide variety of skilled clericalfunctions relative to our gaming guests, to ensure a fun-filled, entertainingand exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of four starservice is paramount. Providescomplimentaries based on approved guidelines, and superior guest service.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Arrangestrips to the property for our VIP guests.
Effectively,and efficiently, checks in/out our VIP guests.
Providessuperior guest service using customer service skills and personalized service.
Makeshotel, restaurant, show, and cruise reservations in a "Fast and Flawless"manner for our VIP guests, as well as certain direct marketing segments.
Makeslimousines arrangements for qualified players.
Utilizesall on-line computer systems in the VIP Services office.
Administerscomplimentaries to qualified players based on Coordinator complimentaryguidelines.
Communicatesguest information to the Supervisors and Hosts to maintain consistency andalleviate potential problems.
Maintainssecurity and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
Maintainsexceptionally high standard of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in communicationto or about preferred players, their arrangements, and finances.
Demonstratesa pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Atleast 6 months of Hotel or Gaming Events/Promotions experience preferred
1to 2 years of clerical experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Superior guest service skills
Excellent communication skills
Advanced computer skills
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to deal effectively withguests in a variety of situations
Ability to maintain a professionaldemeanor in stressful situations
Ability to handle difficultguests/situations with tact and diplomacy
Flexibility with scheduling
Ability to uphold and demonstrate thehighest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards requiredby a regulated business
Acts as a role model to other TeamMembers and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment andencourages others to do the same.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Mustbe able to sit or stand for long periods of time.
Visual and auditory range must includeimmediate environment.
Mobility to move about the property
Musthave the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary officeequipment.
Musthave the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, and kneel.
Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.

Utilizes all on-line computer systems in the VIP Services office.
Administers complimentaries to qualified players based on Coordinator complimentary guidelines.

Maintains security and confidentiality of files, records, and lists.
Maintains exceptionally high standard of courtesy, professionalism and discretion in communication to or about preferred players, their arrangements, and finances.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
