Maintains Quality Store Operations
Preparesa variety of customer beverage orders such as espresso drinks and Coffee of theDay to Starbucks standards.
Followsstore policies and procedures for operational flow at each station.
Performscleaning tasks in accordance with the Duty Rosters and cleaning standards andworks as a store team player.
Presentsoneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication by using StarSkills with all customer and partner interactions.
Followsstandards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products.
Performsequipment maintenance in accordance with preventative maintenance checklist.

Takes Responsibility to Learn All Aspects of the Barista Position
Learnsand demonstrates creating the Starbucks Experience.
Learnsand demonstrates all performance standards by completing Initial Store Trainingand passing barista certification with a score of 90% or better.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Previous experience working in espresso or foodservice establishment preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Literate and fluent in English
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Good math and money handling skills
Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest levelof integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulatedbusiness
Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same. Adheres to all regulatory, company anddepartment policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighingup to 50 lbs.
Ability to grasp, hold, reach, bend, push-pull, usea step stool, have hand-eye coordination
Ability to constantly walk and stand during shift
Mobility to move quickly and easily throughout the outletarea
Ability to hear and use visual inspection
Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
