JOB SUMMARY:
Provides prompt, courteous food service toHarrah's and Harveys guests in accordance with established procedures.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Servescustomers at assigned station quickly, courteously and efficiently
Assistscustomers in ordering from the menu and records ordered items on checkaccording to established procedures.
Obtainsfood and beverage from prescribed locations and serves customers according toestablished procedures.
Observesguests to fulfill and additional requests and to note when meal is finished.
Processeschecks through Infogenesis System and presents check to guest for payment onconclusion of dining experience.
Assists,as necessary, in cleaning and re-setting tables, escorting guests from waitingarea to table in his/her assigned section.
AssistsBuspersons in a cooperative manner to ensure efficient service to guests.
Completesassigned side work as directed.
Familiarizesself with all items on both printed and daily menus.
Usesgood salesmanship for suggestive selling of menu items, beverages, desserts,etc.
Processesall open checks and ensures they are properly tendered and/or accounted for atend of shift.
Familiarizesself and adheres to the principles of guest service skills, and uses them inall interactions.
Deliversalcoholic beverages promptly from assigned bar to table.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
HighSchool graduate preferred
2years Waitperson experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Mustbe at least 21 years of age
Literacyand fluency in English
Aboveaverage communication and interactive skills
Legiblehandwriting
Excellentcomputer skills
Excellentguest service skills

Delivers alcoholic beverages promptly from assigned bar to table.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High School graduate preferred
2 years Waitperson experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be at least 21 years of age
Literacy and fluency in English
Above average communication and interactive skills
Legible handwriting
Excellent computer skills
Excellent guest service skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
