JOB SUMMARY:
Cutsmeat properly and in correct portions to be used in Caesars Entertainment foodoutlets.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assistsin ordering meats, poultry and fish as required by the menu.
Properlystore and rotates meat.
Cutsall meat, adhering to prescribed portions.
Reportsimmediately all defects, lack of quality or shortage in purchased meat.
Keepsproduction records and reports as required.
Maintainsthe refrigerator in a clean and sanitary condition.
Ensurethat all requisitions are accurately completed
Demonstratesa pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times.
EDUCATIONand/or EXPERIENCE:
HighSchool Diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimumof three years in meat cutting, preferably in hotel and restaurants.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Fluentand literate in English
Abilityto use the following food preparation machinery and tools: Meat grinder, bandsaw, sharp knives, patty machine with moving parts, meat injector, spinningdrum vacuum tumblers for marinating.
Abilityto uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations andrecognize standards required by a regulated business
Actsas a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a creditto Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
Adheresto all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTALDEMANDS:
Physicalstrength and stamina to lift heavy cuts of meat weighing up to 50 lbs. on aregular basis
Abilityto stand for 8 hours
Visualrange must include immediate environment
Auditoryrange must include near and medium distances.
Dexterityto use food preparation machinery
Abilityto use repetitive hand motion, holding and grasping
Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures
Positionsthat have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may berequired to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with theirduties, and may be subject to the same environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
